Paella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. shrimp
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes with juice
    1/2 c. sliced pepperoni
    1 thawed pkg. Birds Eye green peas and onion
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    1 1/2 c. dry Minute rice
    1/8 tsp. saffron
Preparation
    Cook garlic and butter in 2 1/2 quart microwave-safe dish on High for 1 minute.
    Blend cornstarch with broth and add with remaining ingredients to garlic mixture.
    Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until thickened.
    Stir twice and fluff with fork.
