Pickled Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. green beans
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    4 cloves garlic
    4 heads dill
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. canning salt
Preparation
    Pack beans lengthwise into clean jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
    To each jar add garlic, dill and pepper.
    Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Pour over beans, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
    Adjust caps.
    Process pints for 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
    Makes about 4 pints.
