Biloxi(Batter Fried Shrimp) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. shrimp
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
1 egg
1/2 to 1 c. beer
Preparation
-
Peel shrimp, leaving the last section of shell and tail intact.
Butterfly shrimp by cutting along outside curve almost through.
Remove vein, flatten shrimp and set aside.
