Coated Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. plain flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. pecans or more
Preparation
    Whip egg white and add slowly the brown sugar mixed with flour.
    Add salt and vanilla flavoring, then fold in pecans.
    Lay on a greased pan and bake at 250\u00b0 for 45 minutes or less.
