7-Up Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. softened butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. sifted flour
    5 whole eggs
    3 tsp. lemon extract
    7 oz. 7-Up
Preparation
    Cream butter, Crisco and sugar together.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well after each addition.
    Add flour to the mixture and beat until smooth.
    Add lemon extract and mix well.
    Fold in 7 ounces of 7-Up.
    Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
