Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Place rice in bottom of greased casserole.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt.
    Lay chicken over rice in single layer.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.
    Mix water with soup and pour over top. Cover and bake for 2 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven.
