Beef Stew With Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
    4 1/2 c. water
    4 medium-size potatoes
    1 large carrot
    1/2 medium onion
    2 beef bouillon cubes *
    1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
    1/2 c. bell pepper, cut in large pieces (optional)
    1 large clove garlic (optional)
    1 can buttermilk biscuits (small can, 10 biscuits)
Preparation
    *Add two bouillon cubes along with vegetables before pressuring.
