Stuffed Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 lb. fillets, thawed
1 can meatless spaghetti sauce
1 lb. fresh spinach or 1 pkg. frozen, cooked and drained
Preparation

Cook the onions in the butter until tender but not brown. Spread each fillet with cooked spinach.
Sprinkle with the onions. Roll up and place in a shallow, buttered baking dish.
Top with the spaghetti sauce.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes, or until fish is flaky when tested with fork.
A nice finish is a dusting of grated cheese over the top, with a minute or two under broiler to melt it a bit.
Serves 4.
