Breakfast Blizzard Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 c. apple or orange juice
2 ice cubes
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 medium banana, sliced
1/4 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
sugar substitute equal to 1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

In blender combine all ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Pour in glass.
Makes one serving.
