Russian Cranberry Chicken - cooking recipe

1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) bottle red Russian salad dressing
1 (15 oz.) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
3 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation

In a bowl, combine soup mix, salad dressing and cranberry sauce. Mix well. Place chicken in shallow 2 or 3-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Pour sauce mixture over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer or until chicken is done. Serve over rice. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
