Candied Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. baby carrots, pared
    1/4 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
    dash of ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook carrots in boiling water to cover in large saucepan.
    Add carrots.
    Sprinkle with sugar and nutmeg.
    Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until carrots are glazed.
