Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red peppers
    12 green peppers
    12 onions
    2 or 3 hot peppers
    2 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions.
    Cover with boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes, then drain.
    Add vinegar, sugar and salt and boil for 5 minutes.
    Pour into hot jars and seal.
