Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. chicken
    5 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 lb. spaghetti
    dash of Tabasco
    dash of pepper
    lots of paprika
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 large can sliced mushrooms
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken until it falls apart.
    Cool.
    Save stock.
    Cut meat into small pieces.
    Cover chicken with olive oil and sugar. Cook tomatoes, onion, celery and seasonings slowly for 1 hour. Cook spaghetti in chicken stock until done.
    Add all ingredients except cheese and simmer for 1 hour.
    Put into two large casseroles and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake until cheese bubbles at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
    Serves 12.
