Crispy Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
    1/4 c. crushed potato chips
    4 fish fillets, thawed if frozen (about 1 lb. cod, flounder, turbot or halibut)
    lemon slices
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine margarine, paprika and salt in bowl.
    Place crackers and potato chip crumbs on waxed paper.
    Dip fillets in margarine, then in crumbs, coating well.
    Place in shallow baking pan in single layer.
    Bake 10 minutes, then broil 5-inches from broiler for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
    Serve with lemon slices.
    Makes 4 servings.
