Ingredients

2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. margarine, melted
2 eggs, beaten
4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. salt
1 c. soured milk or buttermilk
2 tsp. baking soda
your favorite chocolate icing
Preparation

Combine sugar, margarine and beaten eggs in large mixing bowl. Mix well.
Sift together flour, cocoa and salt.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with soured milk.
Add baking soda to dough, mixing until combined.
Drop by spoonfuls on greased cooking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Remove to cooling rack.
