Ingredients

2 (4 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, at room temperature
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt

Roll in ball; roll ball in ground nuts and parsley.
