Liverwurst Schnitzel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. liverwurst, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. beef broth

Coat liverwurst with flour; dip in egg and coat with crumbs.
