Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 Egg Beaters
    1 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3/4 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. raisins
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Chill and serve.
    One half cup serving contains 81 calories.
