Blackberry Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh blackberries
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Boil berries and water.
    Strain and press through strainer. Add sugar to juice.
    Discard berries.
    Boil juice mixture 5 to 8 minutes.
    Keep in refrigerator.
