Gingerbread Pancakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 ground ginger
dash of ground cloves
1/2 c. skim milk
3 Tbsp. molasses
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg, lightly beaten
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Combine milk and next 3 ingredients.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
Spoon 1/4 cup batter onto hot nonstick griddle.
