Pork Chop Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 medium potatoes, sliced thin
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    3/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Trim fat from chops.
    Roll chops in flour and brown well on both sides in a little salad oil.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons cheese.
    Top with potato slices and sprinkle with 3 tablespoons cheese.
    Spread onion slices on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Dissolve bouillon in hot water and pour over all.
    Cover and simmer about 1 hour.
    Serves 2.
