Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked diced chicken
3 c. diced celery
5 eggs, boiled and quartered (optional)
4 Tbsp. grated onion
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. shaved almonds
2 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix ingredients together and spread with 3/4 cup grated cheese and 2 cups crushed potato chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes a large casserole dish; can be divided.
