Chicken Supreme(Skillet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 tsp. basil, crushed
    1/2 c. tomatoes (canned), drained and chopped
    2 lb. chicken pieces
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in half lengthwise.
    Slice diagonally in 1/2-inch pieces.
    In a skillet, brown chicken in shortening until golden. Pour off fat, add soup and seasonings.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes; stir occasionally.
    Add tomatoes and zucchini. Cook 15 minutes or until tender.
    Serves 4.
