Jazzy Beef Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. minced onions
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients; let stand 10 minutes.
Combine ground beef and bread crumbs.
Stir in ketchup mixture.
Cut Cheddar cheese into small cubes (about 1/4 inch cubes).
Shape meat around cubes.
You can spear and cook in fondue pot for 1 1/2 minutes or slowly cook in a frying pan.
