Pistachio Pudding Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 carton Cool Whip
    3 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
    4 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    First Layer:
    Mix flour and margarine.
    Pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake until light brown.
    Cool.
