Espresso Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. head cabbage
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 medium onions
    4 lb. hamburger
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 can crushed tomato
    1 egg
Preparation
    Chop cabbage and boil in hot water until tender.
    Cook rice (it will make about 2 cups).
    Add remaining ingredients all together, along with the cabbage and rice.
    Stir and put in pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves lots.
