One-Cup Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk plus 1/4 c. water
    1 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 can cherry pie filling or any other fruit
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and flour. Slowly add milk; mix well with electric mixer. Melt margarine in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour batter over butter, then cover with fruit. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
