Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant, cubed (boil until tender)
    1 egg
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix eggplant with other ingredients.
    Cover with buttered crumbs and bake at 300\u00b0 until brown.
