Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Beat eggs on high speed for 5 minutes.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Stir together the flour, baking powder, spices and salt.
    Fold into pumpkin mix. Spread on greased and floured 15 x 10-inch cookie sheet.
    Top with chopped nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn onto towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.
    Roll towel and cake together.
    Cool; unroll.
