Chicken Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 well beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. uncooked long grain rice
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
10 1/2 oz. condensed chicken broth
1 1/4 c. water
1 c. diced cooked chicken
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
Preparation

In skillet over medium heat, cook eggs in butter without stirring until set. Remove from skillet; cut into strips. Keep warm.
