1 large round French or Italian bread
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 cans (6 1/2 oz.) chopped clams (reserve 1/4 cup liquid)
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. beer
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
raw vegetables for dipping
