Hot Ham Barbecues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 bottle ketchup
    water (to fill ketchup bottle)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 lb. chopped or chipped ham
Preparation
    Heat onion and celery in butter.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boiling point and let simmer about 1 1/2 hours.
