Oven Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large pork chops
    4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    salt and pepper
    1 c. Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    In a large cake pan or casserole dish, spread potatoes.
    Spoon soup over potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Then spread cheese over soup if you like.
