Italian Chicken And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 whole clove garlic, minced
1 bottle Italian dressing
1 whole chicken, cut up
3 large potatoes, sliced

Preparation

In large casserole dish, pour Italian dressing to cover bottom of dish (1/4 cup).\tSprinkle 1/2 minced garlic in dish. Add chicken.
Pour remaining dressing over chicken.
Sprinkle remaining garlic over chicken.
Slice potatoes around chicken; stir
potatoes during baking time to coat.\tBake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
