Apple-Pecan Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. peeled, cored, thinly sliced apples
1 1/4 c. sugar, divided
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped pecans, divided
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Place sliced apples in a greased 8-inch round baking dish. In another bowl mix together 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and 1/2 of the pecans; sprinkle this mixture over the apples in the baking dish.
Stir together remaining sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
