Gingered Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    2 whole chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. margarine, divided
    3 large potatoes, cubed
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. frozen French-style green beans, thawed and drained or 1 can green beans, drained
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients and coat chicken.
    In pan brown chicken in 2 tablespoons of margarine.
    Remove to 2 quart casserole.
    Add remaining margarine to pan and brown potatoes and onion.
    Stir in reserved flour then water.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Stir in beans.
