Dilly Cauliflower Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cauliflower (frozen)
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 slices bread, toasted and crumbled
Preparation
    Steam cauliflower until done.
    Cut into small pieces and place in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Blend margarine with flour, milk, cheese and seasonings.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Pour over cauliflower.
    Top with crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
