French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    4 slices bread
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Break eggs into large, flat bottomed bowl or soup plate.
    Add milk; beat with egg beater.
    Dip bread in egg mixture; let soak. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.
    Cover bottom with the butter.
    Place soaked bread in skillet; cook until side of bread is browned.
    Do same with other side.
    Remove from skillet. Makes 4.
