Fabulous Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    strawberries, blueberries or pineapple
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 pt. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease a 9-inch spring-form pan.
    At high speed, beat soft cream cheese with cottage cheese until creamy and well combined.
    Gradually beat in sugar, then beat in eggs.
    At low speed, beat in cornstarch, flour, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Add melted butter and sour cream; beat just until smooth.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until firm around edges.
    Turn off oven.
    Let cake stand in oven 2 hours.
    Remove. Let cool completely.
    Refrigerate until well chilled, several hours.
    To serve, run spatula around side of cheesecake to loosen. Remove spring-form and leave bottom.
    Add fresh fruit.
