Apple Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (1/2 head) red cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
    4 c. (1/2 head) green cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
    2 Granny Smith apples, cored and chopped
    3 carrots, peeled and shredded
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. caraway seeds
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine cabbage, apples and carrots. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the cabbage mixture; toss well. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
