Peach Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    2 sticks margarine (softened)
    1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 large eggs, separated
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In pan, combine brown sugar and 1/2 stick margarine; melt. Spread on bottom of 9-inch round cake pan.
    Arrange peaches on top in circles.
    In bowl, combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon. In large bowl, beat remaining margarine and sugar until creamy. Beat in egg yolks.
    Mix in flour mixture with milk and vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into batter.
    Spread over peaches and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes and turn onto plate.
