Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage
2 lb. hamburger
1 c. bread crumbs
2 c. Minute rice
1/4 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 c. water
Preparation

Cook cabbage until leaves are tender enough to roll.
Let cabbage cool to touch.
Cook rice as directed on package.
Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, water and eggs together.
Add rice after it has cooled off.
Put combined ingredients in cabbage leaves, folding the leaves over filling.
Use leftover cabbage to line bottom of pot to prevent burning.
Put stuffed cabbage in pot, adding enough water to steam (1 1/2 cups).
Add margarine on top. Steam 45 minutes.
