Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. horseradish prepared mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of Tabasco
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine ingredients; mix lightly.
    Form cakes.
    Do not pack firmly.
    Roll crackers into fine crumbs and pat lightly on crab cakes.
    Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
