Nana'S Country Style Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken
    2 1/2 to 3 c. milk
    flour
    salt and pepper
1 can either cream of mushroom, celery or chicken soup
    shortening
    3 shakes poultry seasoning
2 lb. steak or whole chuck roast, well marbled with fat
Preparation
This charcoal broiled steak is very delicious and very famous in Korea.
It can be prepared from prime rib, sirloin, tip round or chuck steak.
The chuck has superior flavor and is quite tender when properly cut into narrow strips.
Also, it is the most economical.
If using sirloin, you may wish to leave the steak whole.
Top round steak may be either cut into serving size pieces or cut into the narrow strips in the same manner as the chuck.
I prefer to use the top round steak cut into the narrow strips, as this is how the dish is served in Korea.
