Grandma'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. potatoes, cooked, peeled and chopped
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. sweet pickle, finely chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/4 c. sweet pickle juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. celery seed or celery salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
    chopped onions to taste
    dash of mustard
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine potatoes, eggs and pickle.
    Stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing, pickle juice, salt, pepper, celery seed and garlic salt.
    Gently fold mayonnaise mixture into potato mixture.
    Chill.
    Garnish with additional egg slices.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
