Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 small jar pimento
    1 stick butter
    2 slices bread
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets.
    Cube in casserole dish.
    Cube cheese over potatoes.
    Add onion and pimento.
    Cube bread on top. Melt butter; pour on top of bread cubes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake for 15 minutes until cheese melts at 350\u00b0.
