Chicken And Steamed Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. carrots, sliced
1 c. cauliflower
1 Tbsp. butter or oil
Preparation

Combine lemon juice, garlic and parsley in bowl.
Mix well. Combine chicken and vegetables in large bowl.
Pour lemon juice mixture over chicken.
Toss to coat well.
Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in medium-sized skillet.
Add chicken; cook for 5 minutes.
Add vegetables with lemon juice and cook until tender.
Serve over noodles or rice.
