Jamaican Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless pork chops
    6 green onions, chopped
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    2 large garlic cloves
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Add all the spices together and place in a small glass bowl. Add green onions, minced garlic, vegetable oil and lemon juice. Stir well.
    Put chops in a large Ziploc bag.
    Pour marinade over. Close and shake.
    Marinate for 2 hours or overnight for better flavor.
