Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 c. pumpkin, cooked
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk (13 oz.)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Mix ingredients in the order given in a large bowl.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes longer or until knife inserted into center of pie filling comes out clean.
