Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni chicken
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 c. chicken broth or you can use chicken bouillon
    2 c. cubed, cooked chicken or you can use Swanson white chicken in water
Preparation
    Cook contents of rice and seasoning packets according to package directions.
    While rice is cooking, melt butter in a large saucepan.
    Add onion and cook over low heat until tender.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Gradually stir in milk and chicken broth. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Stir in chicken and cooked rice.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake uncovered in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
